Lavish historical action film telling the story of a trio of
warriors in the era of the Qing Dynasty - General Ma Xinyi (Jet
Li), Cao Er-Hu (Andy Lau) and Zhang Wen-Xiang (Takeshi Kaneshiro) -
who make a pact of brotherhood to one another vowing that anyone
who harms one of the brothers will be killed. When the country is
plunged into chaos and political upheaval following the Taiping
Rebellion, the three blood brothers must struggle to maintain their
loyalty as war rages around them.
Prequel to the Hong Kong gangster thriller 'Infernal Affairs'
(2002), set ten years before the events of the original film. Chen
Ying Yan (Shawn Yue) has just become an undercover cop in the
triads, while Lau Kin Ming (Edison Chen) is a new recruit to the
police force. Bitter enemies from the first film, Inspector Wong
(Anthony Wong Chau-Sang) and Sam (Eric Tsang) are behaving like old
friends, while Yan is embroiled in the family saga of a triad
cartel, and Ming has developed an oedipal fixation on his boss's
wife. As friendships fracture and foes join forces, nothing is as
it first appears to be...
Wai Keung (Andrew) Lau directs this martial arts action drama set
in Japanese-occupied 1920s Shanghai. Seven years after the apparent
death of Chen Zhen (portrayed by Bruce Lee in the 1972 film 'Fist
of Fury' and played here by Donnie Yen), the avenging hero returns.
When he is not courting sultry nightclub singer Kiki (Qi Shu), Zhen
takes it upon himself to stop the wave of assassinations sweeping
Shanghai, donning a black mask to infiltrate the mob and track down
the Japanese hitmen who have been killing off those named in their
top-secret Death List.

in the era of the Qing Dynasty - General Ma Xinyi (Li), Cao Er-Hu
(Andy Lau) and Zhang Wen-Xiang (Takeshi Kaneshiro) - who make a
pact of brotherhood to one another vowing that anyone who harms one

is an historical epic that explores the climax of the Chinese Civil

factions in the war, Mao Zedong (Tang Guoqiang) of the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) and Chiang Kai-shek (Zhang Guoli) of the
nationalist party Kuomintang (KMT), agreeing to call a truce, but
will it last? In 'The Emperor and the White Snake' (2011) young
physician Xu Xian (Raymond Lam) falls in love with a beautiful
woman when she saves him from drowning. However, unbeknownst to him
she is in fact Madame White Snake (Shengyi Huang), a
thousand-year-old snake demon appearing in the guise of a woman to
try and avoid Fa Hai (Li), a sorcerer who intends to destroy her.
