A modern guide to connecting with the other side, Signs is full of
stories of hope. It teaches us how to recognise and interpret the
life-changing messages from loved ones and spirit guides, by a
renowned psychic medium. Laura Lynne Jackson is a psychic medium
and the author of the New York Times bestseller The Light Between
Us. She possesses an incredible gift: the ability to communicate
with loved ones who have passed, convey messages of love and
healing, and impart a greater understanding of our
interconnectedness. Though her abilities are exceptional, they are
not unique, and that is the message at the core of this book.
Understanding 'the secret language of the universe' is a gift
available to all. As we learn to ask for and recognise signs from
the other side, we will start to find meaning where before there
was only confusion, and see light in the darkness. We may decide to
change paths, push toward love, pursue joy, and engage with life in
a whole new way. In Signs, Jackson is able to bring the mystical
into the everyday. She relates stories of people who have
experienced uncanny revelations and instances of unexplained
synchronicity, as well as others drawn from her own experience.
There's the lost child who appears to her mother as a deer that
approaches her unhesitatingly at a highway rest stop; the name
written on a dollar bill that lets a terrified wife know that her
husband will be okay; the Elvis Presley song that arrives at the
exact moment of Jackson's own father's passing; and many others.
This is a book that is inspiring and practical, deeply comforting
and wonderfully motivational, in asking us to see beyond ourselves
to a more magnificent universal design.
"Dream, Believe, Dare, Do . . ." Though four simple words, this
carefully crafted credo lies at the heart of Walt Disney's enviable
empire and has led The Walt Disney Company to prosperity for
decades. As foremost experts on Disney, authors Bill Capodagli and
Lynn Jackson return with an updated and expanded third edition of
The Disney Way to show how organizations can incorporate this
four-pillared credo to support any business, drive any team, and
guide any leader to create immeasurable success. Profiling a new
set of diverse organizations-such as TYRA Beauty, Rainbow Babies
& Children's Hospital, Ottawa County, Michigan, and Science
Center of Iowa-the authors show how companies of any size, whether
an entrepreneurial startup or a Fortune 500, can reach their utmost
potential by embracing Walt Disney's techniques to create a
consumer-centric culture. They provide step-by-step actions on how
to: * Give every member of your organization a chance to dream *
Stand firm on your beliefs and principles * Treat your customers
like guests * Support, enable, and reward employees * Build
long-term relationships * Dare to take calculated risks * Train
extensively and constantly * Align long-term vision with short-term
execution * Utilize storyboarding techniques * Pay close attention
to details * Demonstrate "love" for product, employees, customers,
and self Find out why Walt Disney's Dream, Believe, Dare, Do
principles continue to redefine the nature of business and
revolutionize the art of management, while learning how to
implement them in your own organization.

A Powerful Approach to Bringing God's Grace to Kids Did you know
that the way we deal (or don't deal) with our kids' misbehavior
shapes their beliefs about themselves, the world, and God?
Therefore it's vital to connect with their hearts--not just their
minds--amid the daily behavior battles. With warmth and grace, Jim
and Lynne Jackson, founders of Connected Families, offer four

truth, and authority. You will learn practical ways to communicate
messages of grace and truth, how to discipline in a way that
motivates your child, and how to keep your relationship strong, not
antagonistic. Discipline is more than just a short-term attempt to
modify your child's actions--it's a long-term investment to help
them build faith, wisdom, and character for life. When you discover
a better path to discipline, you'll find a more well-behaved--and
well-believed--kid.

DON'T IGNORE MY CHILD'S CRIES, is a true story about a mother name
Miss. Shalia. She tells this story about how the Child Welfare
system stole her children with hopes of not only enlightening other
parents of what might be happening or has happened to them; but
also to bring to the attention of the people who can make changes
in the system, the Elected Officials, Heads of the Child Welfare
System, Constituents, Advocates, Judges, etc. This is a shocking,
horrific story about a young woman's fight to maintain and re-gain
custody of her children, knowing she had been lied on and set up.
Miss. Shalia a courageous survivor of domestic violence and other
abuse knew all along that the father of the youngest son, Marshell
and oldest sons father Luther's intentions was to use the system to
further abuse her by having her children taken. Can you imagine how
she must have felt, how she feels today knowing she was innocent of
the allegations brought against her by some very vicious people and
her children were taken? Can you even begin to imagine the horrific
state of mind the children must have been in knowing that they were
not abused, but they were removed from the loving and nourishing
arms of their mother, Miss. Shalia? This is not an isolated case
and what happened to this family is happening today to families all
across the nation, due to greed and callousness. In the book, DON'T
IGNORE MY CHILDS CRIES, you will find details and copies of
original documents. Documents supporting the innocents of the
mother. Documents that was not allowed in court by the advice of a
"should have been retired" Court Appointed Attorney. Part of the
plot to keep Miss. Shalia from re-gaining custody of her children.
To this day Miss. Shalia's children suffer from the Stockholm
Syndrom. Due to the brainwashing, her children remain estranged
from her. Parental alienation and custodial interference are tools
more commonly used by the mother in custody cases to alienate the
father. In this book (in this case) you will see where the father
of the youngest son, the foster parents and some relatives have
used the same tools to alienate Miss. Shalia from her children.
This true story of Miss. Shalia and her children, DON'T IGNORE MY
CHILD'S CRIES, also tells the how and why some children are
subjected to, "the turbulent cycle of abuse." Not just "a must
read," it is also "a necessary to understand" in order to make
changes in the child welfare system, to truly stop the legalization
of child exploitation. Conclusion by, Dr. Ernie Smith, Professor at
Charles Drew University

Dudley and Dolly's story was inspired by actual events that
happened on my rescue farm with a loveable lamb and a silly goat.
Dudley and Dolly's story starts off describing what it's like to
live on a farm with a goat named Dudley and a sheep named Dolly,
who together always seem to get themselves into trouble. During
their escape they visit all the other animals on the farm, which
are actual rescues with their original names. Wanting to prove to
the farmer, his wife and their two children how helpful they are
around the farm, together Dudley and Dolly end up on the farmer's
new red tractor and end up plowing up the flower garden, the
vegetable garden, tearing down the clothes that were hanging on the
clothes line, all while pulling behind a flipped over doghouse with
the dog still in it
In the book "THE STREETS, MY CRADLE" Author Jennifer L. Jackson not
only shares information about the thirty year nightmare she was in
growing up on the streets, she also shares what she learned from
those horrific experiences. How she got on a path of healing,
sobriety and recovery. "What a struggle" the author says then
smiles thinking of "what a relief" to have made it out of the
street life alive. The author talks about experiences that affect
people from diverse communities world wide. This story is so
horrific, you'll ask yourself did this take place in a third world
country?, No, right here in the United States of America. This type
of abuse, mis-use, the exploitation of children and adults is still
taking place right here in the USA also. Although THE STREETS, MY
CRADLE is a horrible story, it is also an amazing one because
un-like so many others, the author of this story survived The
reader will experience the street life without physically
experiencing it and understand some roots of abuse. From the author
On our journey of recovery we will run into obstacles from time to
time. Some we can easily just go around. Some we have to ask for
guidance from our Higher Power on how to get around. But we must
find a way. We can not stay stuck, if we do then we become like
stagnated water, unable to flow and polluted again. Here's a poem I
wrote from the book "THE STREETS, MY CRADLE" pg. xiii; WHAT DO YOU
ACCEPT? One day I was walking down the street. I smelt something
& wondered could that be me? I took a shower, I knew I had.
Could that still be me smelling so bad? Then God said it wasn't my
underarms or my feet. But, all the garbage that had been dumped in
me. Because God cleaned me up, I now smell Oh so good And I don't
accept what I normally would. All rights to this 102 page memoir

She was a fatherless girl, an abused wife, and a panic-stricken
young woman. The only way she was going to survive was to accept
help from God.
Jaclyn's Gift is the inspiring true story of how God heals His
wounded children. Within these deeply personal and profound pages,
author Jennifer L. Jackson shares her life's journey and
revelations.
Though her early years are rife with troubles, she experiences
vivid and sometimes prophetic dreams and visions. No matter how low
she falls, always within her is the search for that one special
gift she knows God has for her. With His help and guidance, she
finally realizes that her purpose in life is to truly help others.
"We are human, and yes, it is hard to let go of some things. But we
always find our own way to solve an issue, when we need to just let
it go and let God take care of it. He will do it in his own time,
and all we have to say is, God, I give you my problem, I cannot do
it alone, I cannot carry it around with me because I have no
answer. I have tried several things and I am out of options to try.
So would you please carry my load and find my solution? Yes, that
is the prayer to pray."
