The twentieth century has been called a "century of horror". Proof
of that, designation can be found in the vast and ever-increasing
volume of scholarly work on violence, trauma, memory, and history
across diverse academic disciplines. This book demonstrates not
only the ways in which the wars of the twentieth century have
altered theological engagement and religious practice, but also the
degree to which religious ways of thinking have shaped the way we
construct historical narratives. Drawing on diverse sources - from
the Hebrew Bible to Commonwealth war graves, from Greek tragedy to
post-Holocaust theology - Alana M. Vincent probes the intersections
between past and present, memory and identity, religion and
nationality. The result is a book that defies categorization and
offers no easy answers, but instead pursues an agenda of
theological realism, holding out continued hope for the restoration
of the world.

Achieving Intimacy With Jesus Christ is a workbook designed to
assist you in establishing a deeper relationship with God through
the study of His word. His word is able to build you up and give
you the plan, as well as the foundation, for success in life (Acts
20:32). The Bible says, "So then faith cometh by hearing, and
hearing by the word of God." (Romans 10:17) Not only must you hear
the Word of God with your physical ear, but you must also seek
deeper understanding of that word from the Holy Spirit. The Holy
Spirit will impart wisdom and clarity. But, in order to receive the
fullest revelation from the Holy Spirit, you must study the Holy
Bible. This workbook will help you develop an understanding of the
four Gospels of the New Testament: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
Salvation is a wonderful gift, but it is only the beginning.
Effective Christians are constantly growing. Otherwise, we would
remain immature Christians and a possible hindrance to the body of
Christ. Achieving Intimacy With Jesus Christ is written to assist
your growth in the word of God by using scripture memorization as
its cornerstone. We encourage memorization to be a part of your
personal study. Allow God's word to be sown deep in your spirit and
mind. "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that
needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2
Timothy 2:15) You will be amazed how the word of God will change
your life as you apply it and follow the suggested plan of study.
Enjoy the benefits and fresh new challenges the questions will
provide. Get ready to be blessed. And don't forget that You Are A
Work In Progress
Calling to YOU the Brethren! "That these Words thereof are from He
who sent me; and all willingness be of thine My Most Holy." That
day of December 25, 1983 forever changed our lives. The Vision was
in the form of a Book in heaven with small and minute in script and
in delved upon Gold of the purest form. The writing was on Pearl of
white paper. As I inquired to the Lord about the nature of the Book
God revealed to us "Therefore this thy Book of True Revealing be
restored yet unto Her which is to say "My Jerusalem."And also
adhering to Gods command. "Neglect not the Work of Mine Hand that
is upon ye; For that which I have spoken shall come to pass and at
"this place that ye harbor" shall I release The Prophecy of Written
Word....as that which was spoken of in Scripture as a "Overture" to
come. And so now you have it to read, and Overture comes.
It is written in Revelation 11.3: "And I will give power unto my
two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and
three score days... These have power to shut heaven, that it rain
not in the days of the prophecy: and have power over waters to turn
them into blood, and smite the earth with all plagues, as often as
they will."
These Testaments reveal great earthquakes, Wars, and The Plague of
Ephods that threatens 25% of mankind with extinction! The Earth
toppling on its axis, as a final judgment!
We have no weapons, no guns, no poisons, no armies, to fight with
to arrest those committing high crimes and treason against
humanity. We have the Spirit of Prophecy, Gods secret weapons. The
earth is deserving.
