The Handbook of Experiential Learning In International Business is a one-stop source for international managers, business educators and trainers who seek to either select and use an existing experiential learning project, or develop new projects and exercises of this kind.
This volume in the Academy of International Business Latin America Chapter (AIB-LAT) series presents research findings and theoretical developments in international business, with special emphasis on innovation, geography and internationalization in Latin America. Contributions are based on the best papers from the fourth annual AIB-LAT conference.
This handbook presents the great contemporary challenges facing cities and urban spaces in Latin America and the Caribbean. The content of this multidisciplinary book is organized into four large sections focusing on the histories and trajectories of urban spatial development, inequality and displacement of urban populations, contemporary debates on urban policies, and the future of the city in this region. Scholars of diverse origins and specializations analyze Latin American and Caribbean cities showing that, despite their diversity, they share many characteristics and challenges and that there is value in systematizing this knowledge to both understand and explain them better and to promote increasing equity and sustainability. The contributions in this handbook enhance the theoretical, empirical and methodological study of urbanization processes and urban policies of Latin America and the Caribbean in a global context, making it an important reference for scholars across the world. The book is designed to meet the interdisciplinary study and consultation needs of undergraduate and graduate students of architecture, urban design, urban planning, sociology, anthropology, political science, public administration, and more.

We shall establish the core of singular integral theory and pseudodifferential calculus over the archetypal algebras of noncommutative geometry: quantum forms of Euclidean spaces and tori. Our results go beyond Connes' pseudodifferential calculus for rotation algebras, thanks to a new form of Calderon-Zygmund theory over these spaces which crucially incorporates nonconvolution kernels. We deduce Lp-boundedness and Sobolev p-estimates for regular, exotic and forbidden symbols in the expected ranks. In the L2 level both Calderon-Vaillancourt and Bourdaud theorems for exotic and forbidden symbols are also generalized to the quantum setting. As a basic application of our methods, we prove Lp-regularity of solutions for elliptic PDEs.
