With simple knowledge and ordinary care the course is clear, and danger need not be apprehended; but delicate states of the sensitive patient do not fitly lend themselves to experiments on the part of the merely curious and uninstructed investigator.

Spirit Teachings, which came through his hand in what is called automatic writing, is regarded as Spiritualism's greatest classic.
