Impact Behavior of Fibre Reinforced Laminates - Fundamentals of Low Velocity Impact and Related Literature on FRP (Hardcover,... Impact Behavior of Fibre Reinforced Laminates - Fundamentals of Low Velocity Impact and Related Literature on FRP (Hardcover, 1st ed. 2022)
Kalyan Kumar Singh, Mahesh Shinde
R4,598 Discovery Miles 45 980 Ships in 10 - 15 working days

^ < p=""> This highly informative and carefully presented volume highlights the impact behavior of fibre reinforced polymer composites. It begins with a preliminary focus on FRP materials, fabrication processes, micro- and macro- mechanics to calculate FRP laminates properties, damage nodes associated with FRP composites under different loadings. It provides a simple and unified approach to cover aspects of FRP composites behavior with low velocity impact loading. This book offers a valuable guide for those who wish to develop deeper insights into weaving architectures, stacking sequences, fabrication processes, general damage modes associated with FRP composites. It is a useful volume for students, academia and industry alike. ^

Genetic Studies in Jute (Paperback): Nandakumar Kute, Mahesh Shinde Genetic Studies in Jute (Paperback)

The 51 genotypes studied in the present investigation were grouped into 12 clusters. The maximum D2 value (D = 343.50) was observed between the genotypes AMC-3 and AMC-7, while lowest was observed between M-22 and MT-150 (D = 6.53). This suggested that, genotypes AMC-3 and AMC-7 were most apart genetically, while, genotypes M-22 and MT-150 were most close to each other genetically. The intra cluster distance was maximum for III, while it was minimum for cluster I. The inter cluster distance was maximum between X and XII, while it was minimum between VI and VII. On the basis of inter cluster distance means and per se performance the genotype viz., AMC-3, M-24, AMC-23 and M-43 were identified to suitable for hybridization programme
