Welche individuellen und kontextuellen Faktoren haben Einfluss darauf, dass Bedienstete kommunaler Verwaltungen sich korrupt bzw. nicht korrupt verhalten? Grundlegend fur ihre Forschungsarbeit ist eine empirische Mixed-Methods-Studie, die in den Jahren 2014 bis 2016 durchgefuhrt wurde. Die Arbeit begegnet relevanten wissenschaftlichen Forschungsdesideraten und zeigt Ansatzpunkte fur wirksame Strategien zur Korruptionsbekampfung auf.
