Eine der zentralen Fragestellungen der Seminararbeit ist, ob die Russlandische Foderation zur Zeit eine Regionalmacht im asiatisch-pazifischen Raum darstellt oder darstellen kann. Zuerst werden die exogenen und endogenen Einflussfaktoren ermittelt, die bei der Gestaltung der Aussenpolitik der Russischen Foderation eine Rolle spielen.
