Lindsay's family struggles financially to support her passion for horseback riding until a bad accident involving her brother forces her to quit taking lessons. She realizes that it would take a miracle for her family to live somewhere where she could have her own horse.
As Lindsay struggles to improve her riding skills, Moon, the spirited ex-race horse does not make things easy for her. She is at her wits end trying to train Moon when help shows up in a most unlikely place.
