Terence Young directs this 1950s espionage thriller starring John McCallum, Nadia Gray, Jack Warner and Christopher Lee. When the Swedish scientist Dr. Nils Ahlen (McCallum) discovers a means of transmuting sound impulses into electrical currents, his invention inevitably becomes the sought after tool of governments, businesses and criminals everywhere. When his wife Helga (Mary Laura Wood) and key parts of his invention go missing, Ahlen enlists Inspector Peterson (Warner) of the local police to help him track them down. The quest leads them to snowy northern terrain where a showdown with the abductors beckons...

The Doctor discovers that the creatures responsible are the Sea Devils, acquatic cousins of the Silurians who are out to reclaim the planet Earth from mankind. In 'Warriors of the Deep' (1983), The Doctor (Peter Davison), Tegan and Turlough arrive at an underwater base on an Earth in the future on the brink of Atomic War. Helping to trigger this war are the planet's original inhabitants, the Silurians and the Sea Devils, aided by their killer pantomime horse, the Myrka.

1950s mystery thriller adapted by Victor Canning from his novel about a detective who gets caught up in a murder plot. Private detective Edward Mercer (Richard Todd) travels to Venice on a mission to find an Italian veteran who is due to be rewarded for his efforts in the Second World War. When he arrives, however, Mercer realises he is being set up with both the police and a group of partisans hot on his trail.
