Cultivated almond [(Prunus dulcis (Miller) D. A. Webb, syn. Prunus amygdalus Batsch., Amygdalus communis L., Amygdalus dulcis Mill.)] is a tree crop producing seeds of great economic interest, and adapted to hot and dry climates. Domesticated in Southeast Asia, its small diploid genome and phenotypic diversity make it an ideal model to complement genomics studies on peach, generally considered to be the reference Prunus species. Both represent consanguineous species that evolved in two distinct environments: warmer and more humid in the case of peach, and colder and xerophytic for almond. The advent of affordable whole-genome sequencing, in combination with existing Prunus functional genomics data, has now made it possible to leverage the novel diversity found in almond, providing an unmatched resource for the genetic improvement of this species.

En primer lugar se va a estudiar la temperatura y el tiempo de curado optimos para una mayor resistencia de la union adhesiva y a continuacion se estudiara un envejecimiento de las piezas con temperatura, humedad y tiempos diferentes, para observar como va variando la resistencia en funcion de estos factores., Resumen: Se va a evaluar el proceso de postcurado y los procesos de envejecimiento de un adhesivo anaerobico empleado en piezas con recubrimientos superficiales de Cr III. Para llevar a acabo el estudio las probetas a estudiar estan formadas por dos laminas de acero unidas a solape simple por medio del adhesivo de metacrilato uretato Loctite 638. La eleccion de este adhesivo es debida a que es un tipo de adhesivo con el que se trabaja en el departamento en otros proyectos y es por tanto conocido que tiene una resistencia mecanica para uniones adhesivas, pero no de forma precisa y detallada y en que condiciones ambientales y durante cuanto tiempo disminuye su resistencia. En cambio las piezas de acero fueron elegidas debido a la multitud de piezas que se disponen de acero galvanizado con el recubrimiento de cromo III en el departamento para realizar el ensayo y por la composicion de las mismas que pueden ser interesantes para su estudio En una primera parte se va a medir cual es la temperatura y el tiempo de curado adecuado o si no es necesario realizarlo.
