Die Frage ist nun wie sich die Intensitat der einzelnen Markte fur ein Unternehmen tendenziell entwickelt. Es ist zu erkennen, dass gerade die Kapitalmarkte in den vergangenen Jahren durch den allgemeinen Trend zur Globalisierung tangiert wurden. Dies hat zur Folge, dass das Kapital sich die weltweit gunstigsten Investitionsmoglichkeiten sucht. Es gibt praktisch unendlich viele Investitionsmoglichkeiten, besonders wenn das Kapital knapp ist. Dort wo die hochste Rendite zu erwarten ist, wird daher, bei annahernd rationalen Entscheidungen und unter Berucksichtigung des jeweiligen Risikos, das Kapital eingesetzt. Die Anlagemoglichkeiten, die zu einer moglichst ausgepragten Steigerung des Kapitals beitragen, werden also vom Kapitalgeber gesucht. Dieser Vorgang wird auch als Paradigma der Wertorientierung bezeichnet. Es entsteht also ein Wettbewerb auf den Kapitalmarkten was gerade fur mittelstandische Unternehmen, welche nicht borsennotiert sind, ein Wettbewerb um eine ausreichende Versorgung mit Fremdkapital zu gunstigen Konditionen bedeutet. Es ist somit, gerade fur mittelstandische
