Could there be anything more exciting and blessed assurance in our
life than knowing that the creator of the universe loves us? That
is what this book "God's love in 3-dimensions" is about, God's love
for us, and His designed purpose for our lives; Reflecting back
over more than forty years of service in the Body of Christ; I have
found the most important things to be taught and expressed, to
bring love and unity, and success to the life of the Church, and to
our personal lives are, "God's love for us," "Our love for God,"
and "Our love for one another." For the success and the life of the
Church, and for our personal lives, God's love must prevail. "God's
Love in 3-dimensions" reiterates the plea of the writings of our
Lord's Apostles, and the prayer of our Lord, for love and unity.
The apostles of our Lord pleaded for us throughout the scriptures
to have love and unity through the Spirit of God's love. Jesus our
Lord prayed for God's unity and love for His followers; "that all
of them may be one, Father, just as you are in Me and I am in You."
"I have made You known to them, and will continue to make You known
in order that the love You have for Me may be in them and that I
Myself may be in them."(John 17: 21 and 26). What great
accomplishments and success await us when we walk in unity with our
Lord and Heavenly Father. The greatness of God's love, joy and
peace fills our hearts, souls and minds, providing divine direction
and assurance as we walk in our Lord's Spirit of love. And what
great accomplishments have been made by the body of Christ when our
Lord's love and unity prevail among His body members, when working
together in the directives and spirit of their Lord. What
createsand produces unity with the Heavenly Father, within us, and
within the body of Christ? God's love! What motivated God's plan of
salvation for mankind? God's love! What power innovated and
sustained our Lord, and Savior, in carryi
This book examines the five primary areas of the Collaborative
Model for Promoting Competence and Success (COMPASS). It describes
COMPASS as an evidence-based practice in psychology (EBPP) versus
an evidence-based practice (EBP) and discusses how it informs
innovative individualized education program (IEP) goal setting.,
planning, and implementation through teacher coaching. In addition,
the book introduces the common elements necessary for improved
teaching plan quality and child goal attainment in maximizing
educational outcomes. It also describes the extension of COMPASS to
transition-age high school students with autism as well as the
integration of current research findings from NIH-funded studies
for transition-age youth and professional development and training.
Finally, the book explores innovative methods to support the
consistent implementation and expansion of COMPASS across school,
home, and community settings. It discusses how to integrate
classroomwide performance assessment to identify students in need
of the focused instruction that COMPASS provides. Key areas of
coverage include: Identifying personalized goals and intervention
strategies (i.e., EBPs) using an EBPP framework within COMPASS for
students with autism. Advances in measurement of IEP quality for
transition-age autistic youth Integration of accessible online
educational materials necessary to  implement COMPASS
feasibly when implemented by school consultants and autism trainers
Lessons learned from professional development and training of
community-based autism school consultants for developing high
quality intervention plans. COMPASS IEP goal attainment and
fidelity outcomes with face-to-face, telecoaching, and electronic
feedback. COMPASS and Innovative Education for Students with
Autism is an invaluable resource for educators, clinicians,
scientist-practitioners, and therapists as well as researchers,
professors, and graduate students in the fields of child and school
psychology, behavioral therapy, and social work as well as
rehabilitation, special education, speech pathology, and all
interrelated disciplines.
After twenty seven years of marriage my wife left me, as well as

Asia-Pacific in the New World Order critically explores the notion that a distinctive regional power bloc is developing linking countries bordering the Pacific, with East Asia at its core. This student-friendly volume sheds light on the complex interplay between global, regional and national forces which have transformed the Asia-Pacific area into one of the most vibrant and economically successful regions in the world. Historical narratives alongside geopolitical and geoeconomic perspectives are deployed to examine the shifting pattern of power relations and security structures across the region, set within a wider world context. Key issues addressed include: * what are the primary security problems of the region and how are they being resolved? * does the dynamic growth of the region, and particularly the rise of China, pose a challenge to existing structures of world order? The text has a strong interdisciplinary flavour drawing on analytical approaches from the international relations, political economy and political geography literature. Authors have been drawn from the Asia-Pacific region and the UK and all are established scholars in their specialist fields.

This is the first full modern biography of Paul I, son of Catherine
the Great and Tsar of Russia 1796-1801. Considered by some to have
been a cruel despot verging on the insane, Paul has been seen by
others as a progressive if flawed ruler who was overthrown because
he challenged the privileged nobility. Roderick McGrew explores the
influences which shaped Paul's values and behaviour, assessing the
role played by his upbringing, his relations with his mother and
her court, and the powerful effect of the French Revolution. He
examines Paul's insecure, unpredictable, and often violent
character, and traces his gradual evolution into a committed
autocrat who combined enlightened humanitarianism with a firm
belief in military discipline and hierarchy. As Tsar, he aroused
fear, hatred, and contempt among his nobles, resulting in a coup
d'etat which ended his brief reign and his life. Professor McGrew's
intensively researched study not only offers a portrait of a
complex ruler and his times, but also assesses the part played by
Paul in establishing the deeply conservative political outlook
which characterized Russia in the nineteenth century.
World poverty and development are more salient than ever on the
global political agenda. The campaigns of the global justice
movement, the growing securitization of development in the
aftermath of 9-11, the intensification of global inequality, and
the perceived threats of global pandemics, migrations and failed
states have contributed to a sense of renewed urgency.
The contributors to this volume, including Bjorn Hettne, Fantu
Cheru, Jeffrey Haynes and Bonny Ibhawah, share a common
intellectual aspiration to re-unite the study of development with
the study of international relations or global politics as it is
more broadly conceived today. Although globalization has
transformed the context of development, it has yet to significantly
transform for the better the prospects for real development or
human security amongst the worlds most vulnerable communities.
Whether globalization, development and human security are
inescapably trapped within a vicious circle or a virtuous cycle is
the central concern of this book.
The volume will be importance to student of development studies,
international relations and politics, globalization and
economics.
This book is a sustained defence of traditional internalist
epistemology. The aim is threefold: to address some key criticisms
of internalism and show that they do not hit their mark, to
articulate a detailed version of a central objection to
externalism, and to illustrate how a consistent internalism can
meet the charge that it fares no better in the face of this
objection than does externalism itself.
This original work will be recommended reading for scholars with
an interest in epistemology.
