So after years of seeking help through rehab, AA and NA meetings, and visits with psychotherapists and new-age helpers, and religion to no avail, he was finally introduced to Jesus in a new and personal way. After struggling for a few more years he came to the end of himself and finally turned his will completely over to God. At that point he was set free from his addiction and the desire to use drugs.
