Coal Harbor is a small island located off the lower western corner of Alaska. It is a small fisherman's paradise and also serves as a resort in the warmer seasons. During the harsher winter months though, the island can remain under frozen ice and snow for up to six months. With winter fast approaching it appears to be just a typical winter season coming on to the remaining forest rangers Kevin and Betty whom are also in a relationship together.
