In times of networking and the growing importance of platform economies, how can products and services be developed that inspire people? Which development methods and organisational forms are promising for this? Leaders and developers will find answers to these questions in this book. Im Mittelpunkt dieser Publikation steht die Untersuchung des Bahnverhaltens fahrerloser Transportsysteme ohne Spurbindung und die Erarbeitung von regelungstechnischen Massnahmen, mit deren Hilfe die Bahngenauigkeit bei ausschliesslicher Verwendung direkter Winkelmesssysteme an den Fahr- und Lenkantrieben der jeweiligen Transportmittel erhoeht werden soll. Dabei wird eine neuartige Konstruktionssystematik dargestellt, die zu hoher Beweglichkeit in engen Fahrraumen fuhrt, bei Kurvenfahrten wenig Raum beansprucht und hohe Bahngenauigkeiten bei spurungebundener Fuhrung zulasst. Zur Minimierung dynamischer Schleppfehler werden zwei unterschiedliche Regelungskonzepte (Bahnregelung entlang einer virtuellen Leitlinie und pradiktive DSMC-Lageregelung) hergeleitet und am aufgebauten spurungebundenen Transportsystem FLEXL erprobt. Mit Hilfe des freibeweglichen, spurungebundenen und frei programmierbaren Transportsystems lassen sich Freistrecken von bis zu 25 m zwischen sogenannten Referenzstellen zurucklegen. FLEXL ermoeglicht es, den Aufwand und die Kosten fur Anlageplanung und Inbetriebnahme sowie fur AEnderungen bei bestehenden Anlagen drastisch zu reduzieren.
