This book constitutes the proceedings of the 21st International
Conference on Compiler Construction, CC 2012, held as part of the
joint European Conference on Theory and Practice of Software, ETAPS
2012, which took place in Tallinn, Estonia, in March/April 2012.
The 13 papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and
selected from 51 submissions. They are organized in topical
sections named: GPU optimisation, program analysis, objects and
components, and dynamic analysis and runtime support.
Now in its fifth edition, Harris, O'Boyle, and Warbrick: Law of the
European Convention on Human Rights remains an indispensable
resource for undergraduates, postgraduates, and practitioners
alike. The new edition builds on the strengths of previous
editions, providing an up-to-date, clear, and comprehensive account
of Strasbourg case law and its underlying principles. It sets out
and critically analyses each Convention article (including those
addressed by relevant Protocols), and thoroughly examines the
system of supervision. The book also addresses the pressures and
challenges facing the Strasbourg system in the twenty-first
century. Digital formats This fifth edition is available for

The ?rst three editions of the conference in Barcelona (2005),
Ghent (2007) and G] oteborg (2008) attracted a lot of interest with
more than 200 attendees at the last two editions and satellite
events. It is a great privilege for us to welcome you to the fourth
HiPEAC conference in the beautiful, touristic city of Paphos,
Cyprus. The o?erings of this conference are rich and diverse. We
o?er attendees a set of seven workshopson topics that are central
to the HiPEAC network roadmap: multi-cores, simulation and
performance evaluation, compiler optimizations, - sign reliability,
recon?gurable computing, and interconnection networks. Ad-
tionally, a tutorial on design reliability is o?ered.
