This handbook was designed to prepare you quickly and effectively
for Family Court Services (FCS), child custody mediation, and/or
child custody evaluations. Approaching these situations with some
knowledge of what to expect and what is expected of you is a
definite advantage. You will know what to take with you; what is
and is not relevant and how to handle "red flag" issues. You can
benefit significantly and immediately from the use of a few simple
tools such as a basic orientation, an organizer, and a check list.
Custody issues involving your child or children tend to be
emotionally charged. This self-help book will help you to focus and
be more objective. The children's best interest must always be
paramount.

This monograph deals with a heterogeneous group of structurally
unrelated compounds, called cellulose biosynthesis inhibitors
(CBIs). This group includes dichlobenil, isoxaben, thaxtomin A,
flupoxam, triazofenamide, compound 1, CGA 325'615 and AE F150944.
Other putative CBIs that inhibit cellulose biosynthesis in a
secondary effect, such as quinclorac, ancymidol, coumarin and
derivatives, triaziflam, indaziflam, oxaziclomefone and cobtorin
are also considered. With the exception of thaxtomin A, the only
naturally occurring CBI, the rest of CBIs are synthetic compounds.
The mode of action of CBIs is mostly unknown. However, some of them
(dichlobenil, isoxaben flupoxam, triaziflam and indaziflam) are
used as herbicides, and are included into group L in the Herbicide
Resistance Action Committee classification of herbicides
(inhibition of cellulose synthesis).
An excellent book on the challenges and hopes of Latin Americans in
the United States; a cultural, hermeneutical and pastoral vision
from the immigrant reality of this people. The authors arrive from
their different perspectives to the same conclusion: there is a
need for a Hispanic Pastoral action for the immigrant Latin people
in the United States. For a 'Commitment to a Better Future' in the
ministry to the Hispanic Church.
