The authors develop didactics that are geared towards student
questions and provide numerous method suggestions for promoting,
addressing, and taking practical considerations of "real",
authentic student questions into religious instruction. In addition
to a detailed introduction to didactics and methodology geared
towards student issues, numerous teaching ideas are offered from
primary to lower secondary level. These show in a practical way how
religious instruction can be organized around the questions of
wisdom, suffering, church and faith or the meaning of life. On the
basis of tried and tested teaching projects and practical examples,
possibilities are shown how to deal with pupil questions, how to
search for (possible) answers and how to convey to learners that a
(correct) answer does not always exist.
