"The Dome of Provisions" refers to a sacred place under God's
Throne that is only accessible by His chosen ones. It is the main
source of heavenly secrets and blessings sent to the hearts of
people. This collection of spiritual discourses is based on ancient
teachings of famous Sufi masters of the Naqshbandi Golden Chain, to
whom the author is directly connected. Lessons outline the
mind-body-spirit connection and inspire readers to "Maqam
al-Ihsan," the Station of Moral Excellence, in which one surrenders
the ego and personal desires to Divine Will. Memorable accounts of
previous masters and their disciples, the struggles they faced and
the lofty heights they reached rounds out this work. Basic
knowledge of Sufi principles is recommended.
The Lord Almighty, in His kindness, compassion and mercy, may give
everyone billions, but He knows well that human beings are never
going to be in pleasure when they are given without limits.
Therefore, God gives, according to His wisdoms, a little little
bit. But man is running to reach more and more, saying, "It is not
enough " Humankind living on this planet are asking for pleasure in
their lives, and mostly now people are looking and seeing that
pleasure is through riches. They think that if they get richer,
there is going to be more pleasure for them, and that is wrong.
Their egos are like a thirsty person, thirsty for physical and
material desires. They are running to the ocean to take away their
thirst but no matter how much salty water they drink, they become
even more thirsty. But when a thirsty person drinks once cup of
pure, plain water, that cup is enough to take his thirst away. Our
physical being is only for a short time, a very short time, and its
perfection is only for keeping our souls in, but it is not a
perpetual being. Yesterday we were nothing. Tomorrow we are going
to be nothing. Between two nothings, how are we going to claim "I
am here"? Our physical being is going to be dust. But the
perfection of our spiritual being, that is something else. If you
reach that perfection, you are most fortunate. Those who took care
of their spiritual perfection, should be happy with a new
beginning, with a new structure, with a new being. They should
reach unknown places that they only heard about before, and their
perfection should continue in the afterlife also. Therefore, the
Lord sent, from His Divine Presence, from Heavens, chosen servants
adorned with that secret power to arrange the lives of people on
earth for reaching their ultimate perfection. Therefore those who
are asking for pleasure in their hearts, they understand that they
will find it only in the Divine Presence, and the way to the Divine
Presence passes through Divine messengers, those who are on the way
of God. If you listen to someone whose speech gives your heart,
satisfaction, taking darkness away from your heart and your mind,
and cleaning your intellect, you can understand that his level is
high. If you find such a one hold onto his hand until he takes you
to your final destination in the Divine Presence.
In a narration of Imam Ahmad, Abu Dharr asked Prophet Muhammad, "O
Messenger of Allah, how many are the prophets?" He replied,
"120,000 and between their number are 315 messengers." The Holy
Quran mentions twenty-five of these messengers, namely: Adam, Noah,
Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses,
Aaron, Zacharia, John (the Baptist), Idris (Enoch), Jonah, Hud,
Shuayb, Salih, Lot, Ilyas, Ilyasa, Dhu 'l-Kifl, Jesus and Sayyidina
Muhammad, peace be upon them all. These are the messengers of God
who came with holy books containing the Divine Message. The others
are prophets who received divine revelation but who were not
ordered to deliver it to anyone; it was for them. By way of
example, all of Jacob's sons were prophets, but Joseph was the only
messenger from among them. Laboriously compiled from rare
manuscripts, traditional Islamic texts, and other printed source
material, including ahadith and athar and the many traditional
books of history, and painstakingly translated from Ottoman Turkish
to English, Lore of Light depicts the perfected, blessed character
and refined manners that God bestowed on His blessed prophets and
messengers. This illustrious work examines the lives of the
prophets and messengers of God in great detail, heretofore unknown
in English literature on their lives. It depicts the great lengths
to which these holy figures went - at times losing life, suffering
humiliation, torment and abuse from those who opposed them, often
leaving their homes, always tolerant of their attackers and seeking
peace - to guide the many peoples and nations of the world towards
the light which God has sent throughout time for humankind's
betterment and upliftment.

One of the distinguished schools of Islamic spiritual discipline,
the Naqshbandi Sufi Order has a long and illustrious history from
the first days of Islam. Led by the shaykhs of the Golden
Chain-inheritors of spiritual knowledge from Prophet Muhammad-the
Naqshbandi Order has always played a central, pivotal role in the
life of people in the Muslim world and survived the turmoil and
tribulations of the past century to remain one of the few authentic
mystical traditions maintaining a living link with its ancient
past. The extraordinary vision of the Naqshbandi Saints was
manifest in their establishment of fixed devotions and daily
practices firmly rooted in the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet.
These practices have enabled devout seekers to awaken certainty of
belief and to attain stations of nearness to the Divine Presence.
The renewed prominence of this order at the turn of the 21st
century, due to the indefatigable striving of Mawlana Shaykh
Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani, signals an impending change to our
society in which aspirants to Divine Service will be granted to
transcend the bounds of the physical senses in order to fulfill the
unexplored potential in each human heart. The Naqshbandi Devotions
are a source of light and energy, an oasis in a worldly desert.
Through the manifestations of Divine Blessings bestowed on the
practitioners of these magnificent rites, they will be granted the
power of magnanimous healing, by which they seek to cure the hearts
of mankind darkened by the gloom of spiritual poverty and
materialism. We pray that each person who picks up this book of
devotions with sincere intention to observe any of its efficacious
practices will receive a portion of the blessings and
manifestations bestowed on the greatest saints of earlier times.
The life stories of this renowned Sufi order's Golden Chain of
forty saints, connected through a distinguished spiritual lineage
to Prophet Muhammad, are narrated here in rare accounts of their
miracles and training, giving fresh inspiration and guidance for
today's turbulent world.

Compiled by a world-renowned Islamic scholar and spiritual guide,
"Principles of Islamic Spirituality, Part 1: Sufism" is the first
of a multi-volume treatise written for western readers. It presents
a brief background of the Sufi hierarchy, their diverse communities
achieved through religious tolerance and goodwill, their social
responsibility, and treatment of the perennial conflict of good vs.
evil. While this historic work draws upon authentic legal
precedents and religious explanations from various Islamic schools
of thought that form the majority Muslim view, it is presented for
laypersons in easily understood terms and is highly recommended for
anyone interested in mainstream Islam and its moderate views of
today's world.
Compiled by a world-renowned Islamic scholar and spiritual guide,
"Principles of Islamic Spirituality, Part 2: Contemporary Sufism
& Traditional Islamic Healing" is the second of a multi-volume
treatise written for western readers. It defines the current
negatively impacted state of the human psyche, the causes of mental
and spiritual illnesses and their treatment with traditional
Islamic healing. While this historic work draws upon authentic
legal precedents and religious explanations from various Islamic
schools of thought that form the majority Muslim view, it is
presented for laypersons in easily understood terms and is highly
recommended for any study of mainstream Islam and its moderate
views of today's world.
The journey continues in this second volume of the series, which
takes the willing seeker deeper into spiritual practices that
develop advanced discipline on the Sufi Path. Savor the examples of
past students that developed reliance on their guides and reached
high spiritual stations. Lessons include the antidote to the poison
of anger that threatens all spiritual progress, how to guard
against thieves of the heart, and living a life of total
contentment in today's stress-filled society.
The Benefits of Bismillah 'ir-Rahman 'ir-Raheem & Surat
al-Fatihah is based on advanced teachings of eminent Islamic
scholars and Sufi masters. It details ancient wisdom of God's
preference to be known and called upon by His Holy Names Ar-Rahman,
The Most Beneficent, and Ar-Raheem, The Most Merciful, and their
immense spiritual blessing. In addition, powerful benefits of Surat
al-Fatihah, the most read chapter of Holy Quran that is recited in
every Muslim prayer, are examined. This book will enhance studies
of Islam, Prophet Muhammad, Holy Quran and Islamic mysticism
(Sufism).
THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD IN OUR DAILY LIFE features a
detailed explanation of how a quarter of the world population views
Prophet Muhammad and the specific guidance he provided mankind to
achieve moral excellence. This work includes many supplications
taught by Prophet Muhammad and their secret spiritual knowledge
hidden in specific formulas. Recitations in this book are known to
remove obstacles and resolve poor health, financial and personal
issues and to impart goodness and bring peace to one's heart. This
work is a fine addition to any study of Islam, Prophet Muhammad,
Sufism, Islamic mysticism and spirituality. Its lessons are
universal.
THE HIERARCHY OF SAINTS, PART 2 is based on the divinely inspired
spiritual discourses of the global head of the Naqshbandi-Haqqani
Sufi Order, Mawlana Shaykh Nazim Adil al-Haqqani. It is a
compilation of lectures by his representative from the annual
"Ramadan Series," which is devoted to ancient sacred teachings of

Chain. The Hierarchy of Saints, Part 2 reveals rare, secret
knowledge that is only assimilated by adhering to the protocols of

discipline and steadfastness, subjugates the ego and worldly
desires and reveals one's unique path to receive "the Sacred
Trust." This volume outlines advanced levels of conduct and

and Tawhid (Oneness) are highlighted, along with the disciplines to
reach them and many traps to avoid. Descriptions of the premier
shaykhs that look after affairs of this world are both insightful

Secrets of Heavenly Food, the follow-up to Hajjah Naziha's Heavenly
Foods, contains over 150 recipes from a broad range of locales.
Ranging from Cyprus, Lebanon, the Indian-subcontinent to Southeast
Asia and even the US, these invariably delicious recipes range in
difficulty from simple to involved. With step-by-step instructions
and pictures it is possible for even a novice to successfully
prepare the most complex dishes in this book. Introductions by the
author's father, Shaykh Nazim, her husband Shaykh Hisham, and
herself, expound upon the connection between food and spirituality.
The heart of this book is the legacy it carries from Hajjah Amina,
the author's mother, a scholar and a refugee from Russia. During
the advent of communism, Hajjah Amina's family fled their native
homeland of Kazan, Russia, in order to preserve their right to
observe their religious faith. They sacrificed home, country, and
language for the sake of their spirituality. Herein are the recipes
which Hajjah Naziha has passed down from her blessed mother, Hajjah
Amina. A number of recipes are exceedingly rare, and cannot be
found in other sources, including the Small Meat-Filled Dumplings
in Savory Tomato Broth (Peel Meen), Rose Pastries (Gul), and Golden
Fingertip Pastries (Borsok). The Gul and Borsok were famously
prepared by Hajjah Amina in celebration of both Eids and Mawlid
an-Nabi. Hajjah Amina brought these recipes from her native country
and passed them down to her daughter, Hajjah Naziha, who in turn
passed them down to her own daughter, Sajeda. Through this work,
Hajjah Naziha generously passes down these recipes to her
"daughters" in tariqah, the female students who come to learn on
the Sufi path."
