The room is dark. Kevin is drenched in sweat and breathing heavily. Sitting up he shakes his head to clear his mind. He goes into the bathroom to get a drink of water. Jerry Carter is a second generation sexual predator. His father convinced him that he was a direct descendant of Cain, and that he would not be judged for his sins. Jerry twists the Gospel for his own purposes. He conceals his true nature behind the guise of being a spiritual mentor. Pastor Bill Cosper is concerned when Jerry brings two young women to the church. He cannot ignore the fact that Jerry seems to be dating his own nieces. Physical terror, abuse, addiction, demonic influence, and sexual sin cloud the senses in this fictional account of forgiveness and redemption. Like the ancient prayer we plead, "Deliver us from evil."
