Sam faces some of her deepest fears as she goes undercover to get evidence on the drug gang that plagues the city. Sam gets a call from the director at the Nursing Home. Drugs are found in a locker, the mystery continues when some mysterious deaths are also uncovered. Sam and John once again work together as a team to solve the mystery.
