Two classic operas --Pietro Mascagni's CAVALLERIA RUSICANA and Ruggero Leoncavallo's PAGLIACCI-- are performed in this vibrant 2009 production directed by Grischa Asagaroff. The 2 operas, which have been traditionally performed together since the late 19th century, star Jose Cura, Paoletta Marrocu and Lilianna Nikiteanu, accompanied by the Orchestra and Chorus of the Zurich Opera House.

Anthony Bramall conducts the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari Orchestra and Chorus in this production of Ennio Porrino's opera, recorded in September 2013. The cast includes Manrico Signorini, Angelo Villari, Gianpiero Ruggeri and Domenico Balzani with a special appearance by Elena Ledda.
