This book arose from our lectures on Artificial Intelligence at the
Uttaranchal Institute of Technology, Dehradun and later at the
Dehradun Institute of Technology, Dehradun. We started writing a
new text out of dissatisfaction with the literature available at
the time. Most books on Artificial Intelligence seemed to be
chaotic collections of models and there was no clear unifying
theoretical thread connecting them. The results of my efforts are
published in this book. We tried in this book to put the accent on
a systematic development of Artificial Intelligence theory and to
stimulate the intuition of the reader by making use of many
figures. Intuitive understanding fosters a more immediate grasp of
the objects one studies, which stresses the concrete meaning of
their relations. Since then some new books have appeared, which are
more systematic and comprehensive than those previously available,
but We think that there is still much room for improvement. The
book has been written for undergraduates, and the only mathematical
tools needed are those which are learned during the years at
Institute.
Anthocyanins are a large group of the bioflavonoids family from the
class phenolics. Phenolics are the coloured compounds present in
nature in flowers, fruits, leaves etc. These colours play very
crucial role in biodiversity. Flowers and fruits, are sole source
of rich antioxidant. These antioxidant have potentials to cure
various diseases like cancer. Therefore in present book authors
tried to compile the various anthocyanins from different plants
that possess anthocyanins and their role in curing various human
ailments. Its high time to target such molecules and isolate these
anthocaynins as a rich source of therapeutic agents.Authors convey
deep thanks to our great, young and dynamic Directors Shri Arpit
Agarwal and Shri Amit Agarwal ji for unconditional support, family
feelings, and everlasting encouragement. Authors feel immense
pleasure to give thanks from bottom of our heart to our Academic
Director Prof. C. K. Ojha for become a guiding force for all such
research work. Authors are also grateful to Department of Science
and Technology, Jaipur for financial support under the auspices of
Centre with Potential for Excellence in Biotechnology.
Mira realized quickly, though, the road to being a model mommy is
not that smooth, her baby seems to think sleep is overrated, her
boss has decided to show her the door, her pregnancy fat is staying
steadfastly on, and having threatened to beat up the one woman who
could get her son into the coveted playschool teddy footprints,
plans for her first born are already going awry.
