As evidenced by the poignant life story of Victor Baugh, the
Anchor truly has held against overwhelming circumstances. From
birth till the present time, Victor has learned what it means to
overcome. His unique expression sets him apart for Kingdom work,
and he unashamedly gets his message across all ethnic and social
lines, not concerning himself with his own popularity with the
powers that be, but mindful of the One he serves.
I've kept up with Victor through the years since 1996 when he
was a doctoral student at Bethany, and as I read this very special
spiritual success story, I am reminded of just how far he has come
in the Lord's work. Carl W. Warden, D.S.T., Ph.D. Administrative
Dean Dean of Students and Admissions Bethany Divinity College and
Seminary Dothan, Alabama

This could possibly be the last chance for you to know the truth
about life, death, the afterlife, and God. If you bypass this book
or purchase it and not read it, you will have missed the
opportunity of a lifetime. This opportunity may never come your way
again so take this book seriously. If you do make the right
decision, purchase this book, and read it, you will be doing a
life-changing thing, and you will never regret your decision
because you have chosen the truth. If you are a devout christian,
you may think this book isn't for you. It is not only for you, but
also for all of humanity. Not all of humanity will accept the
contents of this book. The ones that do accept it shall receive
their reward; the others, not so much. One of the writers of this
book is in spirit form, and the other is Paul Wayne Daniels. You
can complain about this book, but you won't be able to complain
about it to Paul because he will be deceased before the book is
mass-produced.
Wayne blends memoir and poetry in this inspirational work.

Life's Steering Wheel details the life of Paul Morris, a retired
Probation and Parole Officer in Southwest Oklahoma. From a farm
life and simple upbringing to the criminal justice system, the
transition is humorus one minute and sad the next, but always with
a twist. With little training or direction, he learns the system by
trial and error as he struggles to distingish those who need help
from those who take from society. More than 30 years of experience
are outlined in this effort in an attempt to expose a cross section
of the criminal justice system in Oklahoma. The good, bad and
helpless are all seen through a Probation and Parole Officer's
eyes. Working alone most of his career, he learns the hard way as
he strives to protect the communities he feels responsible for. It
is hoped in the reading of these pages, you will both cry and laugh
but gain a deeper respect for all souls.
