Software Designers in Action: A Human-Centric Look at Design Work examines how developers actually perform software design in their day-to-day work. Im Zentrum der Beitrage dieses Sammelbandes steht die am Beispiel der Freudschen Psychoanalyse eroerterte Frage nach dem Status von wissenschaftlichem Wissen in literarischen Texten und nach der Funktion von literarischen Techniken bzw. Mustern in wissenschaftlichen Diskursen. Untersucht wird, inwiefern sich psychoanalytisches Wissen in den Medien und Formen der Literatur neu organisiert und in seinen Funktionen verandert. Damit verbindet sich das Problem der Literarizitat von Freuds Schriften, der epistemischen Aufgabe von literarischen Texten und ihrer Bedeutung fur den Diskurs der Psychoanalyse (Leistungen der Imagination, Wirkungen von Ratseln und Geheimnissen, Witz und Komik, Hervortreten kathartischer Elemente der Darstellung). Verknupft werden beide Forschungsbereiche durch die ihnen gemeinsame Reflexion uber die Regeln der Konstruktion von Wissen, die in methodischer Hinsicht auch eine kritische Prufung der konventionalisierten Grenzen zwischen Literatur und Wissenschaft verlangt.

Edited by Mark-Georg Dehrmann and Christiane Witthoeft, the series presents examples of high-quality scholarship examining literary texts in conjunction with historical cultural phenomena, particularly with the other arts. Der Sammelband befasst sich mit der literarischen Darstellung des Traums in zentralen Texten der europaischen Romantik. Der normative Zusammenhang zwischen der juristischen Person und ihren naturlichen "Hinterleuten" wird in einem neuartigen und grundlegenden Zugang in seinem spezifisch gesellschaftsrechtlichen Kontext in Beziehung zu rechtsphilosophischen Begrundungszusammenhangen gesetzt, indem in Abgrenzung zu insbesondere systemtheoretischen und oekonomischen Ansatzen die Grundbegriffe Person, Institution und Korporation unabhangig von kontingenten funktionalistischen und wirtschaftlich-utilitaristischen Erwagungen uber ein freiheitlich-intersubjektives Anerkennungsverhaltnis bestimmt werden. Die Grenze einer Dispositionsbefugnis der GmbH-Gesellschafter wird dabei uber eine unternehmensbezogene teilhabegerechtigkeitstheoretische Aktualisierung der Kantischen Privatrechtslehre entwickelt.
