Every episode from the three BBC comedy series featuring Steve
Coogan's cringeworthy alter ego, chat show host Alan Partridge.
'Knowing Me, Knowing You' (1994) sees Alan presenting his TV
series, welcoming guests including the raunchy dance act Hot Pants,
who get in a hot tub with the host at the end of the show. The two
series of 'I'm Alan Partridge' (1997 and 2003) chronicle Alan's
increasingly desperate attempts to rebuild his tattered career
after assaulting the BBC's Chief Commissioning Editor with a frozen
turkey.

Mark Strong and Sacha Baron Cohen star in this British comedy
directed by Louis Leterrier. When two inseparable brothers are
adopted by two different families, their lives quickly fork off in
opposite directions. Sebastian (Strong) works his way up in the
British government agency MI6 to become their most revered assassin
and Nobby (Baron Cohen) meets the love of his life (Rebel Wilson),
has nine children and spends his days shouting abuse at football
fans in Grimsby. After spending 28 years looking for his brother,
Nobby finally locates Sebastian in London and travels down to
surprise him. Sebastian, however, is on an assignment and Nobby's
bombshell revelation startles him causing him to shoot and kill the
wrong target. Forced to go on the run, Sebastian and Nobby set off
across the capital trying to lose their pursuers while Nobby tries
to make amends with his long-lost sibling. The all-star cast also
includes Isla Fisher, Penélope Cruz and David Harewood.
The official script for the box-office smash movie, featuring every
ruddy word (and stage direction) of Alan's seamless transformation
from natural-born broadcaster into fully fledged and occasionally
fully dressed hostage negotiator. Contains deleted scenes and an
exclusive Foreword by Steve Coogan. With a television career behind
him and a much-coveted breakfast slot in his spiritual home,
regional digital radio, there was only one place left for Alan
Partridge to turn: Hollywood! Or rather, an Anglo-French funded
co-production for the big screen. Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa sees
Alan face his biggest challenge since he spent six months in a
travel tavern, and is almost certainly the first time he has
handled a loaded gun since he was a prime-time BBC2 presenter. When
his beloved income-source North Norfolk Digital is taken over by a
faceless media conglomerate, Alan's inimitable instinct for
self-preservation leads to a violent and bloody siege on the radio
station by an unhinged, nay mentalist, DJ, and a hostage crisis for
which there can be only one man with the chat to diffuse it ...
Featuring a cast of old and new Partridge favourites, including
Sidekick Simon, assistant Lynn and Michael the Geordie, Alpha Papa
is proof that while the jury's out on whether you can keep a good
man down, it's an outright fact that you can't keep a good regional
broadcaster off the airwaves.

Steve Coogan's legendary chat show host and broadcaster finally
receives the big screen treatment in this comedy directed by Declan
Lowney. Occupying a career stasis-defining role as a mid-morning DJ
on North Norfolk Digital Radio, Alan Partridge (Coogan)'s hopes for
one last shot at the big time suffer a severe setback when it
emerges that his employers have been taken over by a giant media
conglomerate. Alan soon finds himself back in the spotlight,
however, when newly-sacked fellow DJ Pat Farrell (Colm Meaney)
returns to the studio with a shotgun and begins taking hostages.
Called in by the police to act as a hostage negotiator, can
Britain's most famous Toblerone addict turn the tables and finally
save the day?
Join Alan Partridge on his incredible journey of discovery in Every
Ruddy Word: All The Scripts. Alan Partridge is our most remarkable
broadcaster. From the giddy heights of his short-lived TV chat show
to the crashing lows of six months in a travel tavern, he's done it
all. Whether shooting dead one of his guests on air; being crushed
under a dead cow; having incomplete sex with a woman he was
supposed to be sacking or encountering 'mentalist' fans, Alan
remains a formidable presence on Radio Norwich. And despite
suffering a breakdown, Toblerone addiction and skewering his foot
on a spike he always bounces back. From Alan Partridge's first
radio chat show to the pulping of his autobiography, Every Ruddy
Word is the complete story of one of Britain's most-enduring comic
heroes. 'Charts every line of Mr Blazer's plummeting career from
radio to TV to corporate video presenter. A treat' THE TIMES 'The
man is a monster' GUARDIAN Alan Partridge presents 'Up With the
Partridge' on Radio Norwich and a military-based game show on cable
TV. He's appeared in such series as On the Hour, The Day Today,
Knowing Me Knowing You and I'm Alan Partridge. He'll soon be living
in a house built to his own specifications in the outskirts of
Norwich. He has written a bestselling autobiography, I, Partridge,
revamped his career in 2010 with the 12 part Foster's Funny series
'Mid Morning Matters', and 2013 sees the release of his
long-awaited film Alpha Papa. He drives a Lexus. (Scripts and extra
material by Steve Coogan, Armando Ianucci, Peter Baynham and
