A stellar novel about space, starting over and the best friend you could ever imagine.
Ralph sat up. His voice was croaky. ‘If a shooting star past right now, what would you wish for?’
‘To find another friend like you.’
Leo and Ralph have been best friends ever since Ralph flew down from one of Jupiter's moons. But now that Leo's older, his mum and dad think it's time to say goodbye to Ralph. When the family moves to a small town in the country, they hope Leo might finally make a real friend. But someone like Ralph is hard to leave behind...

Mr Darcy is a rather reserved, gentle duck. He likes to tip his hat
and say, 'good morning'. Mr Darcy would never want to bother
anybody. His life is a little lonely until he discovers that it's
okay to let his friends know he needs some help. Alex Field's great
love of Jane Austen's Mr Darcy from 'Pride and Prejudice' inspired
her to create Mr Darcy. Mr Darcy has all the great qualities of a
gentle English aristocrat. Peter Carnavas has created a gorgeous
new look for the well-loved and much admired Mr Darcy.

From critically acclaimed author-illustrator Peter Carnavas comes a
gentle breeze of a picture book with themes of mindfulness,
observation, and being present in the natural world. Mary was a
quiet girl. She thought quiet thoughts, stepped quiet steps, and
whispered quiet words. Mary knows how to savor the small things.
Wonder is everywhere: in the rustle of leaves, in the sigh of a
sleeping dog, in the wingbeats of the birds who visit her upcycled
feeders. But Mary's family couldn't be more different. Amidst the
sound of blow-dryers, blenders, lawnmowers, and her brother's
trombone, Mary goes almost unnoticed. It isn't until her family
starts searching the neighborhood for her that they begin to see
the world through her eyes. A Quiet Girl invites young readers (and
the noisy adults in their lives) to appreciate the thousand little
pleasures that surround us-if only we would notice them.

A large grey elephant is following Olive's father around. It leaves
with him for work and is still trailing behind him when he comes
home again, keeping him heavy and sad. Every day, Olive wishes it
would go. When she falls from a tree and gets a concussion, Olive
awakes to see a grey tortoise walking behind her grandad. With the
help of her friend Arthur she manages to get rid of it, and the
three decide to try to chase the elephant away, too.
