Der Autor setzt sich grundlegend mit dem aus 74 Abs. 2 S. 3 BetrVG folgenden betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Verbot parteipolitischer Betatigung im Betrieb auseinander. Dabei werden zunachst die dogmatischen Grundlagen erarbeitet, die fur eine methodisch korrekte Auslegung des Verbots von Bedeutung sind. Neben der historischen Entwicklung und dem Normzweck wird insbesondere das Verhaltnis des 74 Abs. 2 S. 3 BetrVG zu dem Grundrecht der Meinungsfreiheit in den Blick genommen. Anschliessend werden im Rahmen einer umfassenden Untersuchung des 74 Abs. 2 S. 3 BetrVG nicht nur Inhalt und Reichweite des parteipolitischen Betatigungsverbots bestimmt, sondern daruber hinaus auch die moeglichen Konsequenzen einer Verbotsverletzung systematisch dargestellt und bewertet.
