Der Entwurf beinhaltet u.a.: - die Kreation und Beschreibung einer neuartigen Dienstleitung. - Vorschlage (schematischer Entwurf) zur technischen Umsetzung (Aufbau, Funktion...). - und des Betriebes (Logistik, Finanzierung ... ) der Systemplattform. - detaillierte Gestaltung (Aufbau, Funktion und Interface) des Bedienelementes FLANEUR. - zur Nutzung der Dienstleistungen der Systemplattform. - kurze Beschreibungen der Inhalte und Gestaltungen einiger moglicher Dienstleistungsangebote der Systemplattform. Bei den Dienstleistungen der Systemplattform fur standortbezogene Informationen handelt es sich um eine Art telefonischen Ansagedienst. Ohne den eigenen Standort genau kennen zu mussen, erhalt der Nutzer bei Bedarf automatisiert akustische Informationen zum seinem geographischen Standort bzw. seinem naheren Umfeld ubermittelt. Mit Hilfe eines Bedienelementes (neuartiges Mobilfunktelefon) konnen Ansagedienste mit unterschiedlichstem inhaltlichen Angebot (Kulturfuhrer, Nahverkehrsinformation, topographische Auskunft, Notruf, etc.) angewahlt und abgehort werden. In vielen Situationen der raumlichen Orientierung und Navigation des Menschen in seiner Umgebung sind so wesentliche Erleichterungen und neue Moglichkeiten der Nutzung von Informationen denkbar. Unser Ziel, uberall unkompliziert und schnell uber Informationen zum aktuellen Standort zu verfugen, fand ihre endgultige technische Losung in Form der "Systemplattform fur positionsbezogene Informationen." Mit gestalterischer und okonomischer Begrundung arbeitet die Systemplattform grosstenteils unter Zuhilfenahme bestehender technischer Infrastrukturen und Standards (Informati
