This proceedings bring together contributions from researchers from academia and industry to report the latest cutting edge research made in the areas of Fuzzy Computing, Neuro Computing and hybrid Neuro-Fuzzy Computing in the paradigm of Soft Computing. The FANCCO 2015 conference explored new application areas, design novel hybrid algorithms for solving different real world application problems. After a rigorous review of the 68 submissions from all over the world, the referees panel selected 27 papers to be presented at the Conference. The prediction of behavior of complex systems, analysis and modeling of its structure is a vitally important problem in engineering, economy and generally in science today. Examples of such systems can be seen in the world around us (including our bodies) and of course in almost every scientific discipline including such exotic domains as the earth s atmosphere, turbulent fluids, economics (exchange rate and stock markets), population growth, physics (control of plasma), information flow in social networks and its dynamics, chemistry and complex networks. To understand such complex dynamics, which often exhibit strange behavior, and to use it in research or industrial applications, it is paramount to create its models. The introduction of nature-inspired optimization algorithms (NIOAs), over the past three decades, helped solve nonlinear, high-dimensional, and complex computational optimization problems. NIOAs have been originally developed to overcome the challenges of global optimization problems such as nonlinearity, non-convexity, non-continuity, non-differentiability, and/or multimodality which traditional numerical optimization techniques had difficulties solving. In real-world problems and applications, most of the optimization problems involve different types of constraints. These problems are called constrained optimization problems (COPs). In their original design, evolutionary algorithms (EAs) are able to solve unconstrained optimization problems effectively.
