Library Classification Trends in the 21st Century traces
development in and around library classification as reported in
literature published in the first decade of the 21st century. It
reviews literature published on various aspects of library
classification, including modern applications of classification
such as internet resource discovery, automatic book classification,
text categorization, modern manifestations of classification such
as taxonomies, folksonomies and ontologies and interoperable
systems enabling crosswalk. The book also features classification
education and an exploration of relevant topics.
The scope of the book is concerned with manpower working, data security, data life, planning, selection, transfer, promotion, training and development, layoff and retrenchment, remuneration, productivity etc. To protect data loss that may occur in traditional system to avoid human errors while maintaining Employee records. This is helpful to provide a security for sensitive employee information. The main objective to develop the project is to make the "Human Resource Information System" simple, easy and increase the security, minimize data loss, to minimize human errors and reducing the office paper work, manpower wastage and spending of time and Stationary. It helps to develop effective Human Resource Software for Engineering Institutes, Schools and Colleges.
