Sheet music. First published in 1998, the Rhapsody is based on 3
Israeli songs: a folk song, EL YIVNE HAGALIL; a Ladino song of the
Sephardic Jewish tradition, HITRAGUT; and Israel's national anthem,
HATIKVA. The composer had performed the piece in concerts all over
the world. He also recorded the Rhapsody onto a CD and a DVD and it
can be heard and watched on YouTube and other Internet sites.
3 Interludes are in the styles of Blues, Jazz, and Ballad. Etude
(Vocalise) on Bach's Prelude No. 1 has Bach's Prelude in the left
hand and Bar-Niv's Vocalise in the right hand. The levels range
