This period is defi ned by the retreat of the state and a move towards more market-based economies, followed by a State comeback with the Great Recession. These bumpy decades for labour and changing labour policies are analysed thematically. The second volume focuses on labour earnings and inequality, underemployment, (in)decent work, and labour market policies. This book aims to examine how labour institutions, both in developed and developing countries, have responded to the challenges faced over the last 30 years. La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) por la cual deben optar las organizaciones del mundo, se debe propagar a partir de la formacion en los claustros universitarios, esta surge del modelo aprendido por los profesionales, desde la Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU) de la institucion en la que se forma. Ante la necesidad actual de construccion de una sociedad incluyente y en equidad, la RSU de las instituciones universitarias, debe propender porque los profesionales desarrollen competencias en la comprension del papel que juegan dentro de las organizaciones y que los compromete con la proteccion de todas las formas de vida que existen en la naturaleza. La Bioetica Global, como disciplina cientifica, propone desde la formacion superior, crear espacios para que el estudiante universitario sea interprete del sentir social."
