This book contains the proceedings of the International Workshop on EuroPLOT Persuasive Technology for Learning, Education, and Teaching (IWEPLET 2013). EuroPLOT was a project funded by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the European Commission between 2010 and 2013. The goal of this EuroPLOT project was to investigate how Persuasive Design and Technology can be applied in learning and teaching. Four case studies were conducted to show the applicability of this concept in a variety of teaching scenarios. This proceedings volume contains 19 scientific papers, with 8 papers directly about the project, its technologies, and its case studies, and 11 papers about related scientific issues and aspects. This IWEPLET workshop, held 16.-17.September 2013 in Paphos in conjunction with the EC-TEL 2013 conference, was the concluding event of the EuroPLOT project.
