El desarrollo de un procedimiento para la autoevaluacion de la
gestion economica financiera con fines de acreditacion en
Instituciones de Educacion Superior constituye una valiosa
herramienta para la mejora continua de las condiciones de estudio
trabajo y vida en las universidades y para el aseguramiento de sus
procesos sustantivos. El procedimiento ha sido sustentado con el
estudio bibliografico realizado, el cual se corresponde plenamente
con el reglamento establecido para la evaluacion externa del
SEAGEF, las herramientas propuestas para el diagnostico abarca
cuatro variables: aseguramiento a los procesos sustantivos,
aseguramiento a la Residencia Estudiantil, aseguramiento a la
vitalidad de la institucion y los Recursos en la GEF. Los
resultados obtenidos poseen impacto economico y social. En lo
economico contribuye a la optimizacion en el uso de los recursos
materiales y financieros que se emplean en el aseguramiento de los
procesos sustantivos y desde el punto de vista social la mejora de
las condiciones de estudio, trabajo y vida constituyen un factor
que promueve la motivacion y satisfaccion de la comunidad
universitaria."
