This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 15th International Conference on Blended Learning, ICBL 2022, held in Hong Kong, China, in August 2022. Second sequel to Takashi Miike's ultra-violent 1999 film 'Dead or Alive', set in a post-apocalyptic Yokohama where the population is kept under rigid control by a half crazed mayor. Takeshi Honda (Riki Takeuchi), a hard-boiled cop, and Ryô (Sho Aikawa), a mellow drifter, hook up with a gang of rebels. When the gang kidnap Takeshii's son, the wheels are set in motion for the inevitable outrageously bloody showdown.
