Are you living your life in a state of joy, gratitude and
thankfulness? Do you laugh a lot and feel like it's Christmas every
day? If not, then this book is meant for you. Many of us instead
live our lives feeling depressed, anxious and unhappy. We race home
from work only to be overloaded with even more work around the
house. Rather than enjoying our lives and interpersonal
relationships, we tend to lose sight of what's really important and
instead focus on acquiring material things and the numerous work
tasks needed to get done. We may have forgotten how to play and
enjoy life. The more debt we take on, the more pressured our lives
become as well. Some of us are also angry inside, holding onto
grudges and feeling like we have been victimized by another's
thoughts, words and deeds. Feeling victimized, we may then lash out
in anger at the people closest to us and do harm to those we love.
Harnessing the Force both simplifies the wellness concepts and
expands upon the spiritual content of my previous book, The Force
is With You Always It is loaded with wit and wisdom about living
life in harmony with your true inner self. It connects you to your
soul within in order to make beautiful soul music without. It will
help you turn enemies into friends while living in harmony with
nature and Spirit. Learning to live a healthy life in harmony with
Spirit is well worth the pursuit.
Can a murdered person come back from the grave to tell her
autobiography through the voice of a psychic medium? During the
summer of 1980, a young Canadian beauty, Dorothy Stratten, and her
husband, Paul Snider, were murdered in Los Angeles under mysterious
circumstances and a shroud of cover-up. Many lives would change
drastically as people abandoned the Playboy ship en masse in the
aftermath. This book offers theological insight into sexual abuse,
hedonism, PTSD trauma, stress-related illness, human trafficking,
codependence and forgiveness.
This book teaches people how Spirit operates directly in our lives
today and what we must do to live life to the fullest and with
malice toward none. It teaches spiritual principles on how to live
life with gratitude, acceptance, joy, abundance and wellness. It
connects us with our eternal being within and encourages us to
create our own soul music without.Have we lost our way as a
society? In the wake of humans murdering over 100 million other
humans in the past century, many of us are seeking answers to the
ever increasing cultural violence surrounding us. From capital
punishment to going postal, we live in a very violent society.
Hardly a day passes without news of government torture prisons,
drive-by shootings, a ten year old boy murdering his father, or a
congresswoman being shot in the head. Shocking revelations, such as
American government doctors using unsuspecting American citizens as
human guinea pigs for decades of medical experiments, further
alienate the government from the people that they are supposed to
serve. It seems to me that we need a new vision of humanity that our
faltering institutions have failed to provide. I believe that we
need to replace institutional blight with greater spirituality. We
need a new spirit of integrity that replaces the often deceitful
and violent leadership we currently embrace. We need to challange
the "don't get mad get even" mentality in our society with greater
understanding for one another. We need to be role models for
positive reinforcement (learning) rather than the punishment that
only teaches more violence and hatred, and, like the Montagues and
Capulets, the never-ending need to seek revenge. This book
addresses how to live a life of health and wellness in the midst of
a truly sick society.
