MARK and JAYLEE are no ordinary police officers. Highly skilled in ancient Korean martial arts, they use their martial arts prowess to squash anyone that gets in their way. This time their adversaries are two out of control bank robbers nicknamed RIP and TER who enjoy wreaking havoc more than just taking the money. But RIP and TER each have extensive experience in engineering, design and metal fabrication, from years of working on construction projects. These super home grown terrorists are out to RIP and TER up Houston and empty all the banks in the process. Houston police soon realize how unstoppable the team of RIP and TER are, as each time they elude capture. RIP and TER's homemade weapons seem to stop police cruisers dead in their tracks as well as knocking police and news helicopters out of the air. As Mark and JayLee leapfrog after Rip and Ter from bank to bank and car chase to car chase to the inevitable conclusion of two unstoppable forces colliding.
