Rache! is the first book in an alternative history series about
World War Two. The purpose of these books is to examine why the
Germans lost the war. My conclusion is that Hitler made mistakes.
I'm using a combination of science fiction and alternative history
to construct Hitler who is very different from the real Hitler.
These books are not an attempt to rehabilitate Hitler but to expose
his short coming due to his personality and mental make up. This
first book covers the period from September 1939 to June 1940. This
is a second addition with illustrations and maps.
The New Book of Balder Rising is a new edition of the Book of
Balder Rising. This edition still contains the telling of the tales
of the Gods, minus the explanations of what the tales mean, and
discussions about the Gods. Instead it contains the Poetic Edda
translated by Benjamin Thorpe and the Prose Edda translated by
Arthur Gilchrist Brodeur. I tried yo retain the original spelling
and grammar of the translators.
In the first book, Rache! Hitler makes very different decisions
than the "real time line Hitler." He puts Germany on a total war
economy in 1939; he does not cancel the jet fighter (He 178/290)
program; he waits for the British to invade Norway first so he can
bring Norway and Sweden into the war as Germany's allies; there is
no "miracle at Dunkirk," and the BEF surrenders; and he keeps Italy
from entering the war until July 1940. The war in North Africa is
very different. Rommel is sent to Libya in July 1940 and leads an
Italo-German force of 300,000 invades Egypt in July 1940 and the
Germans and Italians form a joint command. The different course of
the war affect events far beyond the European theater of war,
changing the outcome of the American presidential elections and the
events between China and Japan.
Book 5 of the New Earth Odyssey is The War of the Stones. Vesten
leads the Lothangian People as their returned Emperor to confront
the invading Allomenian Army before their Capital City Lothar.
Freyja Seidrkona is the third book in the series of books Robert
Blumetti is writing on the Germanic Gods. Freyja is the most
popular of the Germanic Goddess and her worship survived the death
of Germanic Heathensim in Northern Europe. For centuries her
worshipers were persecuted by Church authorities as "witches" and
"devil worshipers." In the pages of this book you will learn of the
high place she held in Germanic Heathenism and discover some new
ways to look at her. Blumetti explores new perceptions of the
Goddess and her place in Germanic Heathenism, based on thirty-six
years of scholarship and meditation on all aspects of Germanic
Heathenism. Freyja holds a special place in Blumeeti's heart.
Thirty-six years ago she appeared to him while in a trance and led
him to Odin. The experience was an epiphany that changed his life.
Blumetti hopes that after reading this book you too will learn to
love and appreciate Freyja as he has all these years.
