Based on a True Story. Phoenix Arizona in 1963 was the setting of a
series of murders of old women for no apparent reason. The murders
were a cover up for something that was even more sinester. Three
men who worked on opposite sides of the Law banded together through
a mutual friendship to root out the evil in there small town. Set
in a lavish East Coast style Night Club with entertainers like Redd
Foxx and Lou Rawls the mystery became even more dangerous as the
Mafia and Land Barons of Arizona became involved. You had to be one
step ahead, which "Ain't No Hill fo a Steppa"
