Im Rahmen einer weitreichenden Uberprufung der Wertschopfungsprozesse in Unternehmungen ist es nur verstandlich, dass auch Weiterbildungsmassnahmen auf Ihren Beitrag zum Erfolg der Unternehmung gepruft werden. Unternehmungen stehen somit nicht nur vor der Frage, welche Weiterbildungsmassnahmen von welchem Mitarbeiter realisiert werden sollen, sondern auch, wie das Vorgehen und die Bewertung der Massnahme in Bezug auf eine optimale Unternehmungssteuerung betrieblich verankert wird. Ein quantitatives Vorgehen unterstreicht hierbei die Bedeutung von Weiterbildungsmassnahmen fur den Unternehmungserfolg und versetzt den Entscheidungstrager in die Lage, die Entscheidung nicht mehr intuitiv treffen zu mussen, sondern quantitativ und begrundbar seine Entscheidung herbeizufuhren. Die vorliegende Arbeit liefert unter Zuhilfenahme der Simulationstechnik als Prognoseinstrument in unsicheren Entscheidungssituationen einen Beitrag zur Umsetzung dessen im Unternehmungsalltag. Aufbauend auf einer detaillierten Einleitung zur Simulationstechnik im Allgemeinen werden fiktive Beispielsimulationen nachvollziehbar dargestellt sowie deren Ergebnisse zielorientiert interpret
