The Fiction of Life is the story of Miksa Boros, a young man born
in pre-World War II Europe who is forced to leave his county and
hide his true identity as the son of a wanted man. His struggles
are deepened when the Nazis capture his mother and the young woman
he loves. His journey to save their lives helps him answer
questions such as: 'How do you blindly walk into certain death?'
and 'What is life really about?'
Can you see it? A world where no one dies for Gods they don't
worship, and there are no worries about going to a place of eternal
punishment if you don't? Can you see everyone living together in
peace, never disagreeing or fighting? A world with no personal
possessions, nothing you would kill for, or die trying to defend?
Are people strong enough to let go of everything they know for the
greater good? One man dares to dream of such a place, but his dream
becomes humanity's nightmare as the world he creates begins to fall
apart. The salvation of humanity lies within the love that two
children have for each other, and for the world.
