Collection of four action adventures featuring the DC Comics superhero.
In 'Batman' (1989) the streets of Gotham City are no longer safe for
criminals, who are being picked off by a masked vigilante in a rubber
suit - dubbed 'Batman' by the press. Reporter Alexander Knox (Robert
Wuhl) teams with photographer Vicki Vale (Kim Basinger) in an attempt
to discover Batman's true identity - an investigation which leads them
to the door of mysterious millionaire Bruce Wayne (Michael Keaton).
You will believe that a man can fly and that a Dark Knight has returned in this box set collecting two spin-off graphic novels based on Richard Donner's Superman: The Movie and Tim Burton's Batman! Superman '78 by Robert Venditti and Wilfredo Torres pits the Man of Steel against the alien menace of Brainiac, forcing Superman to make a life-changing sacrifice: leave the planet that he has come to call home in order to save it. Then, in Batman '89, original Batman screenwriter Sam Hamm and artist Joe Quinones pick up where the 1989 film left off by introducing the villainous Two-Face to the Tim Burton movie universe. This box set is a must-have for fans of the original motion pictures who want to rewatch the adventures of their favorite DC heroes again and again.
In 1989 moviegoers were amazed at the new vision of the Dark Knight brought to the screen by filmmaker Tim Burton, starring Michael Keaton as Batman and Jack Nicholson as The Joker. Now, in the tradition of DC s very successful Batman 66 series, Batman 89 is set in a truly gothic Gotham City and features colourful villains including The Joker, Two-Face, and many more. Collects the first 12 chapters of the Batman 89 digital comics series.

reprising his role as the caped crusader. 33 years after being
abandoned as a baby, Oswald Cobblepot (Danny DeVito) returns to Gotham
City, bent on revenge, as the Penguin. He begins a warped campaign to
become mayor of Gotham, helped by millionaire businessman Max Shreck
(Christopher Walken) and undertakes a mission to murder every firstborn
son in the city - a plan which will avenge his own beginnings.
Sequel to Tim Burton's hugely successful 'Batman' (1989). Oswald Cobblepot was abandoned by his parents as a baby. Thirty three years later, bent on revenge, he returns to Gotham City as the Penguin (Danny DeVito). First he begins a warped campaign to become Mayor, helped by millionaire businessman Max Shreck (Christopher Walken); next, he undertakes a mission to murder every first born son in Gotham - a plan which will avenge his own beginnings. Meanwhile, he has two adversaries to contend with: Catwoman (Michelle Pfeiffer), the embittered ex-secretary of Max Shreck, and, of course, the old caped crusader himself - Batman (Michael Keaton).
Comedy directed by Henry Selick based on Kaja Blackley's graphic novel and starring Brendan Fraser and Bridget Fonda. Happy to have just sold his character Monkeybone to a television company, cartoon artist Stu Miley (Fraser) is getting ready to propose to his girlfriend Julie (Fonda) when he is involved in a terrible accident. Sinking deep into a coma, Stu is then joined by Monkeybone (voice of John Turturro) in an unlikely journey in a bizarre nightmare realm. But Monkeybone escapes from the dream and begins creating all kinds of libidinous havoc in the real world. Can Stu somehow find a way back and put a stop to this animated simian chaos?
