We have two choices. We can follow the delusion of "universal
health care" or we can accept a market approach to health care.
Putting patients in charge of their medical care is a market
approach. It guarantees competence, at least. Universal health care
is sickness care administered by politicians, bureaucrats, CEOs and
other proven incompetents. None of these "medicrats" knows how

Incompetence will detail the growing danger and outrageous expenses
in medical care. Inevitable Incompetence will provide an
understanding of the methods needed to alter the relentless course
of rising expenditures and increasing deaths and injuries in the
current world of "medical care." Inevitable Incompetence will
outline the process required to return to excellence. ---
