Matt Damon returns to star as the deadly CIA assassin in this
espionage thriller directed by Paul Greengrass. After spending
years off the grid, former agent Bourne (Damon) unexpectedly
emerges from the shadows in search of more answers surrounding his
hazy past. Meanwhile, new CIA Director Robert Dewey (Tommy Lee
Jones) is dealing with the fallout following a major cyber-attack,
and authorises a new program to hunt down Bourne after he shows up
on agency surveillance systems. Desperate to keep one step ahead of
his relentless pursuers, Bourne seeks the help of ex-contact Nicky
Parsons (Julia Stiles), and once again finds himself on the run
across the globe and unable to trust anyone. The cast also includes
Alicia Vikander, Riz Ahmed and Ato Essandoh.
A transatlantic serial killer thriller with a twist of Biblical
proportions. Christmas in London: a period of joy and togetherness.
Not for Metropolitan Police Commander Austin Grant, though. Three
dead bodies have turned up on his patch, and the only thing they
have in common is a number carved into their foreheads. With the
victims including a professor of ancient mythology, a sculptor of
curious idols, and lead vocalist of The Blasphemers. It seems the
killer is meting out their own version of Biblical justice,
punishing those who transgress the Ten Commandments. With seven
commandments left, Grant puts the Met's best detectives on the
case. But soon enough, a fourth victim turns up. In New York City.
It appears Grant has a transatlantic manhunt on his hands. Can he
stop this terrifying zealot before they strike again? Reviews for
The Last Commandment: 'Gory but gripping.' Daily Mail 'An
enthralling mystery.' Karin Slaughter 'A gem of a thriller, not to
be missed.' Michael Koryta 'A real corker.' Booklist 'A riveting
and wondrously satisfying thriller.' May Cobb 'Ingeniously
constructed and breathlessly told... Scott Shepherd at his gripping
best.' Charles Ardai

Joe Way loved his father. He admired, respected, and emulated him.
And if the adulterous bastard hadn't dropped dead on the first tee,
Joe just might have murdered him. The son of Cleveland's mayor and
an all-American coverboy, Joseph Way Jr. is following his father's
footsteps into public service. A hotshot assistant D.A., he's
blessed with his father's knee-buckling charm and the love of a
whiplash blonde from a respected family. For Joe Way, life can't
get any better. So, it's about to get a whole lot worse. It starts
when Joe finds out upstanding Joseph Sr. has been cheating on Joe's
mother for some twenty-five years...and continues the next morning
at the country club when Joseph swings his Big Bertha driver right
into a haymaker heart attack. Complicating already complicated
matters is the brutal death of an alluring young Hispanic girl from
the wrong side of town, a girl who may have gotten mixed up with
Joseph, his Democratic rival, and the political warfare between
them. The very next night, Joseph himself shows up, rummaging for
leftovers in Joe's refrigerator and telling his son "dying is
hungry business." Joseph needs his son's forgiveness to find
eternal peace, but Joe isn't quite convinced he deserves it. Just
when Joe's head can't spin any faster, enter the political Juliet
to his Romeo, stunning liberal mestiza Mara Pinkett. She quickly
becomes his nemesis, his confidante, and his greatest temptation.
In just five short days before he's expected to deliver a eulogy
for his iconic father, Joe Way must solve the mysteries of a brutal
murder, his father's secret life...and his own heart.
