This book focuses on futuristic approaches and designs for
real-time systems and applications, as well as the fundamental
concepts of including advanced techniques and tools in models of
data-driven blockchain ecosystems. The Data-Driven Blockchain
Ecosystem: Fundamentals, Applications, and Emerging Technologies
discusses how to implement and manage processes for releasing and
delivering blockchain applications. It presents the core of
blockchain technology, IoT-based and AI-based blockchain systems,
and various manufacturing areas related to Industry 4.0. The book
illustrates how to apply design principles to develop and manage
blockchain networks, and also covers the role that cloud computing
plays in blockchain applications. All major technologies involved
in blockchain-embedded applications are included in this book,
which makes it useful to engineering students, researchers,
academicians, and professionals interested in the core of
blockchain technology.
You want to come up with new ideas. With things that others haven't
thought about. There are a million ways to do so, but the majority
of theories focus on connecting or improving existing things. Like
how to connect a with x or how to think outside the box. But what
if you don't think in boxes? And what if you don't want to improve
things around you, but really want to focus on new stuff? Your nose
is at the right place, because this book is about exactly that. The
author argues that while the whole world is focusing on things, you
should focus on nothing. She challenges you to focus on the gaps,
the spaces in between and all the things that ordinary thinkers
wouldn't care to notice. This notebook and sketchbook is full of
prompts, assignments, fun facts and quotes from the world of
science, arts and philosophy about exploring the virtues of
nothingness. You'll find out once you get the hang of it, that
focusing on nothing really helps to create new ideas. That's why
this book is a doodle and sketch book - with plenty of space to
capture your notes and to create out of nothing.

order and plays a vital role in upholding the righteousness of
society. With the advancement of science and technology, especially

a vivid account of its workings analysing all the pros and cons. In
a complex society, journalistic principles are related coherently.
In this book, you will learn everything about nothing; this book is

This book is designed to offer a lively applied presentation of
analytical and empirical tool for Linkage Model of network of
queues with a flowshop scheduling system. This introductory text
provides a concise and practical introduction to the primary
concepts and techniques of Linkage Model. A lot of research work
has already been done separately in the field of Queuing and
Scheduling. A few efforts has been recorded so far to combine these
two systems. The present work is an attempt to establish the
linkage between these two systems of optimization. The
Queuing-Scheduling linkage models are motivated by the fact that
they are more meaningful from practical point of view. The
illustrated examples format introduced in the text for every
concept helps the reader to formulate the realistic problems
easily. The C++ programmes under various sections will enable the
readers and industrial people to apply these concepts practically.
This book can be read without any prior knowledge of Queuing and
Scheduling theory and may be of interest to all people.
Fracture Shaft Humerus is a frequently seen problem in orthopedic
practice. In the recent past high energy trauma and
industrialisation have compounded the problem. Due to high velocity
injuries suffered by the patient the complexity of fracture pattern
also has increased. The available literature gives a variety of
options to treat this fracture ranging from conservative methods to
various implant devices. Present work focusses on analysing the
problem that we face today and also to evaluate the results
obtained by different treatment methods in fracture shaft humerus.
This book is an attempt to measure the productivity performance of
fertiliser industry in India. This industry has played a remarkable
role in increasing the productivity of Indian agriculture. At this
backdrop, the analysis of productivity related aspects of this
industry becomes highly significant. In this book, an attempt is
made to study the productivity performance of fertiliser industry
in the pre- and post-liberalization era using the econometric and
growth accounting analysis. The various components of the
productivity growth, viz. returns to scale, technical progress,
elasticity of substitution and technical bias are also estimated.
Findings of the study indicate productivity gain in Indian
fertiliser industry in the pre- as well as post-liberalization
period. Indian fertiliser Industry has performed reasonably well on
productivity performance front inspite of the uncertain policy
environment created by the Government due to its lopsided policies.
Therefore there is an urgent need on the part of Government of
India to undertake sustainable policy measures, which can put
Indian fertiliser industry on a higher productivity growth
trajectory.
