Este estudio se inicio en el ano 2001 en la provincia de Buenos Aires luego de las transformaciones educativas que reestructuraron los ciclos escolares en Argentina. En ese contexto de crisis economica y social la opcion del magisterio transformo a los espacios de formacion docente en espacios de ilusiones instrumentales, conseguir un puesto docente suponia el acceso a un trabajo con cierta estabilidad y determinados beneficios. Esta situacion sumada al experimento que supuso la Reforma Educativa llevo a al planteamiento sobre cuales eran las subjetividades docentes circulantes en ese contexto. Los maestros elaboran con ciertos indicios diagnosticos acerca de sus alumnos a partir de elementos que materialmente los caracterizan, estas elaboraciones simbolicas no son una simple constatacion de las mismas, ya que en este registro interviene los prejuicios y valores de los maestros. Existen consecuencias que son producidas desde el plano de la subjetividad, en el caso de los docentes sus ideas o creencias determinan la posicion que adopte ante la ensenanza y el consecuente aprendizaje de sus alumnos."
