During an insistent summer downpour in an anonymous Japanese metropolis, a dark erotic force infiltrates the lives of Rinko (Kurosawa Asuka), a reserved career woman in her thirties, and Shigehiko (Kohtari Yuji), her obsessively clean, workaholic husband.
