"Culture eats strategy for breakfast". Peter Drucker's provocative statement points to the importance of culture for organizations. In der modernen Arbeitswelt, die von Globalisierung, Marktdynamik und Virtualisierung gepragt ist, konnen komplexe unternehmerische Aufgabenstellungen haufig nur im Team gelost werden. In der Praxis zeigen sich jedoch haufig Defizite bei der fur die Problemlosung so wichtigen kommunikativen Wissensverteilung in Arbeitsgruppen. Das vorliegende Buch vermittelt zunachst ein Grundverstandnis von der Wissensbasis und dem Wissensmanagement in Gruppen sowie von der Kommunikation in Gruppen und damit verbundenen Herausforderungen.
